Posture work and short relaxation suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.

YOGA AND MEDITATION CLASS (Mixed Ability)
Breath work, joint releasing, relaxation and meditation. This class is suitable for all abilities as well as those with conditions for which strenuous exercise is not advised.
Tuesdays 6 January to 24 February 2026
Tuesdays 7.00 pm - 8.00 pm
YOGA CLASS - full body workout (Mixed Ability)
Posture work and short relaxation suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
How to book
To book just email [email protected] and let me know the dates and times of the classes you wish to attend. I shall add your name to the register for that class and get back to you with details of how to join and pay.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing that does not restrict your range of movement. Bring your own mat and cushion or block if you use them. Bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end or an extra layer of warmer clothing.

ANYTIME ANYWHERE MEDITATION COURSES
Johnny is also a Tergar Certified Anytime Anywhere Meditation Teacher having recently graduated from Tergar International's Meditation Teacher Program (September 2024 - August 2025) to teach Mingyur Rinpoche's Anytime Anywhere Meditation Course.
Designed by Mingyur Rinpoche and Tergar International, this course offers authentic and progressive meditation practices from a traditional Tibetan Buddhist lineage, presented in a way that is accessible, practical, and deeply meaningful for everyday life.
