YOGA CLASS - full body workout (Mixed Ability)
Posture work and short relaxation suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.

YOGA AND MEDITATION CLASS (Mixed Ability) 
Breath work, joint releasing, relaxation and meditation. This class is suitable for all abilities as well as those with conditions for which strenuous exercise is not advised.

Tuesdays 21 October to 16 December 2025 (except 18 November)

Tuesdays         7.00 pm  - 8.00 pm  
YOGA CLASS - full body workout (Mixed Ability) 
Posture work and short relaxation suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. 

​How to book

To book just click Contact and let me know the dates and times of the classes you wish to attend. I shall add your name to the register for that class and get back to you with details of how to join and pay. 

Please wear loose comfortable clothing that does not restrict your range of movement. Bring your own mat and cushion or block if you use them. Bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end or an extra layer of warmer clothing.

Johnny also delivers courses at Kagyu Samye Ling Monastery and Tibetan Centre in Eskdalemuir, Langholm, Dumfriesshire, DG13 0QL.
