Face to Face Yoga Classes at Stranraer Library 

Wednesdays 13 May to 17 June then 24 June to 5 August (no class 15 July)

Wednesdays 3.45 pm to 4.45 pm   
YOGA CLASS - full body workout (Mixed Ability)
Posture work and short relaxation suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.

Live Zoom Classes online;

Mondays 11 May to 15 June then 22 June to 3 August (no class 13 July)


Mondays         7.00 pm to 8.00 pm
YOGA AND MEDITATION CLASS (Mixed Ability) 
Breath work, joint releasing, relaxation and meditation. This class is suitable for all abilities as well as those with conditions for which strenuous exercise is not advised.

Tuesdays 12 May to 16 June then 23 June to 4 August (no class 14 July)

Tuesdays         7.00 pm  - 8.00 pm  
YOGA CLASS - full body workout (Mixed Ability) 
Posture work and short relaxation suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. 

​How to book

To book just email [email protected] and let me know the dates and times of the classes you wish to attend. I shall add your name to the register for that class and get back to you with details of how to join and pay. 

Please wear loose comfortable clothing that does not restrict your range of movement. Bring your own mat and cushion or block if you use them. Bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end or an extra layer of warmer clothing.
